I spearheaded a school-wide microcredential at TFS issuing to over 300+ students. With society shifting towards an economy where skills, not just degrees, determine opportunity I wanted to create a system that recognizes achievement in a way that is verifiable and relevant outside of school.
Alongside a co-prefect and a council of 15 people, we lead activities throughout the year to increase STEM engagement at our school. For example, I co-led AI deepfake activities with 160+ gr. 6-7s to build conversation about the ethical and social implications of AI in trust and identity, and planned workshops to improve AI literacy.
Nuit de Code is a 6 hour coding marathon organized across France and in Canada. Together with a team of other students, we co-organized this event with supervisors for 3 years running working with over 180 students. The event was designed to teach Scratch, Python, game design and collaboration.
